To have your overseas vaccination details added to your NHS record you must be:

1. Registered with a GP Practice in England
2. A resident (temporary or permanent) in England
3. Over 18
4. Vaccinated overseas with one of the vaccinations below
   • Oxford/Astrazeneca (Vaxzevira)
   • Pfizier/BioNTech (Comirnaty)
   • Johnson & Johnson (Janssen)
   • Moderna (Spikevax)

What you need to bring:

Please have these things ready to register your vaccinations:

• Your passport
• Proof of which Covid vaccination you had and when (for each vaccination you wish to register)
